Midtown Banking Center Relocation

While everyone at First Landmark Bank, and especially our Midtown staff, are excited about the new development and the opportunity to re-open the banking center on our original Midtown site, we recognize that it will take time to become a reality. The estimate is 2 ½ years.

During the construction period, the Midtown Banking Center staff, Commercial Lenders and Lending Specialists look forward to serving their clients from a new, temporary banking office located at 754 Peachtree Street, Suite 101.

We hope that the FAQs below will provide answers to the most-asked questions. If your question isn’t answered below, please contact us at 404.969.4400 or at info@firstlandmark.com.

Exactly where will the banking office be located?

On the northwest corner of Peachtree Street and 4th Street, two blocks from our current location. The address is 754 Peachtree Street, Suite 101. The office is at street level with sides facing both Peachtree and 4th . The entrance doors face Peachtree Street.

Will the new banking office have an ATM and night depository dropbox?

Yes. The ATM and night depository dropbox are located at street level on the side facing Peachtree Street. A change is that they will be walk-up and not drive-up.  Unfortunately, a concession we had to make in order to relocate so near our original location.

How about drive-thru banking?

This is one thing about finding a nearby, temporary banking location that gave us a little heartburn. We regret that we will not be able to offer drive-thru banking at this location.

When we move back to our original banking site in the new development, convenient drive-thru banking will once again be available.

Where will I park?

Free, convenient parking will be available at the street-level parking lot immediately across 4th Street from the banking office. We will have seven dedicated client spaces with signage to identify them. There is no ticket or need for ticket validation.

Will your banking hours change?

The office banking hours will remain 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Will my Midtown banker be in the new location?

Absolutely! The Midtown Banking Center Staff, the Commercial Lenders, and Lending Specialists will relocate to the new office. Honestly, in this temporary office, it’ll be a tight fit. But they wanted to keep the team completely intact to allow them to serve their clients best during this interim period. They’re committed to making this relocation as smooth and convenient as possible for their clients!
